- Oversee daily facilities operations including maintenance, security, and utilities management
- Develop and enforce compliance programs for health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage administrative processes including procurement, vendor contracts, and budget oversight
- Coordinate facility-related projects including renovations, equipment upgrades, and space planning
- Implement emergency response protocols and business continuity plans
- Lead facilities staff through performance management and professional development
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments for facility infrastructure

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare facilities management or operations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (JCI, MOH, etc.)
- Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM) or Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $1M annually
- Advanced proficiency in facility management software (CMMS, CAFM)
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
