- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for departmental operations
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive management reports
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with clinical departments on cost optimization initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Mentor junior finance staff through professional development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ years in managerial capacity
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial regulations and compliance standards
- Proven experience in financial analysis, variance reporting, and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to stakeholders
- Experience in dental or healthcare finance environment highly desirable
