Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Perform accurate and timely payroll journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing schedules to ensure financial reports are delivered on time.
- Conduct variance analysis on operational costs and provide insightful reporting to department heads.
- Review and improve existing financial workflows to enhance efficiency and internal control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related discrepancies and inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with internal and external auditors.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or payroll management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or public sector environment is highly advantageous.
