The National Dental Centre Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Senior Assistant Manager, Future Operations and Transformation to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows, digitizing patient care journeys, and implementing forward-thinking transformation projects that define the future of dental excellence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, streamline clinical and administrative processes, and integrate emerging technologies into our healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a proven track record in operations management, project coordination, and organizational change management within a healthcare or institutional environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and manage end-to-end transformation projects that improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
- Analyze existing operational workflows to identify areas for digitalization and process automation.
- Collaborate with clinical leads and administrative departments to design and deploy innovative service delivery models.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, impact assessments, and status reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of new software or hardware solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics to track the success of transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate change management workshops to ensure smooth adoption of new processes by staff.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management or business transformation roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, lean management, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
