  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and hospital mission
  • Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and performance improvement processes

  • Oversee compensation & benefits programs and ensure market competitiveness
  • Design and execute training & development programs for staff upskilling
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and hospital HR policies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in healthcare or large-scale HR operations
  • Certification in HR (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
