Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and hospital mission
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and performance improvement processes
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top healthcare professionals
- Oversee compensation & benefits programs and ensure market competitiveness
- Design and execute training & development programs for staff upskilling
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and hospital HR policies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage HRIS systems and optimize data-driven decision making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in healthcare or large-scale HR operations
- Certification in HR (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
