Join National University Hospital's dynamic leadership team as a Senior Assistant Manager, Inpatient Operations, where you'll spearhead transformative healthcare facility projects at our Kent Ridge campus. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end construction and renovation projects for inpatient facilities at Kent Ridge healthcare campus
- Oversee daily operations of inpatient services while managing project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (clinical, engineering, procurement) for seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital protocols
- Optimize operational workflows and resource allocation during facility transitions
- Develop and implement contingency plans for minimal service disruption during construction
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of construction project management experience in healthcare facilities
- Proven track record in leading inpatient operations or facility management projects
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, JCI standards, and building codes
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Certification in Healthcare Facility Management (HFMA) or Project Management (PMP) highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex healthcare environments
