Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Certification in Healthcare Management or related professional designation (e.g., FACHE, CPHQ)
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams in acute care environments
