Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage HR operations for medical and clinical departments, ensuring efficient workforce administration
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Partner with clinical leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, employment laws, and hospital policies
- Manage HR metrics and generate reports to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for medical staff
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with preferably 2 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or hospital settings
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore employment laws and healthcare regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRI, WSQ) would be advantageous
