Tanggung Jawab
- Drive service transformation projects by analyzing operational performance metrics and identifying key areas for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance patient service delivery and clinical efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical and administrative departments to map workflows and pilot new operational models.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and operational throughput.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement to implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- Utilize data visualization tools to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Support change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and digital tools across polyclinic operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of professional experience in operations, service transformation, or project management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software and tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies is highly advantageous.
