Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily clinical operations to ensure seamless patient flow and reduced wait times.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor patient service staff to deliver superior service standards.

  • Collaborate with clinical heads and department leads to optimize clinic scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Manage patient feedback and resolve service-related escalations with empathy and professional resolution strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support the implementation of new digital systems or service initiatives within the outpatient department.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in service operations, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
