Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project progress.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, health, and environmental standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, safety reports, and other documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in site management, preferably within the healthcare or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor site teams effectively.
- Valid Site Supervisor or Site Manager certification is required.
