Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the social care facility to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of social care professionals, providing guidance on clinical and operational matters.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive care plans tailored to the specific needs of clients and their families.
- Ensure strict adherence to local healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, staff training sessions, and professional development workshops.
- Act as the primary liaison between families, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparent communication.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of necessary supplies to optimize operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in social care management or a related healthcare role.
- Valid certification in Social Work (e.g., MSW) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and medical staff.
- Deep understanding of social care policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
