Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative workflows for assigned clinical or support departments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and operational benchmarks.
- Manage departmental budget allocations, resource planning, and procurement processes to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between clinical staff, hospital management, and external stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of digital healthcare solutions and process automation to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and mentor junior administrative staff, fostering a culture of high performance and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing projects and diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in hospital information systems (HIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
