Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily cash reconciliation for cash shipments and payment transactions
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in cash accounts with precision
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve transactional issues
- Contribute to process improvements for cash handling efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in cash reconciliation and payment processing
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
