- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead client consultations on financial planning, tax optimization, and risk management
- Develop and implement robust internal controls for financial reporting systems
- Mentor junior associates while maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial initiatives
- Conduct forensic accounting reviews for compliance and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in IFRS/SG GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations
