Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily Smart Operations Centre activities, ensuring seamless monitoring of mall systems
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement performance improvements
- Coordinate security, maintenance, and customer service teams during peak hours
- Develop and optimize operational procedures using technology-driven solutions
- Lead incident response protocols for emergency situations
- Train and mentor SOC team members on new technologies and protocols
- Collaborate with mall stakeholders to enhance operational strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or facility oversight
- Proficiency in smart building systems and operational software
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in retail or large-scale facility operations preferred
