Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition for all employees.
- Maintain and update personnel records in the HR Information System (HRIS) with high precision and confidentiality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for department heads regarding staffing requirements and manpower planning.
- Support HR projects, such as employer branding initiatives and staff engagement activities.
- Generate periodic HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local employment laws, MOM regulations, and internal hospital policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR, specifically within recruitment or staffing operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with Singapore’s Employment Act and statutory requirements is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
