We are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate or Associate to provide essential clerical and administrative support to our Major Operating Theatre. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the Major Operating Theatre team and nursing staff.
- Maintain and update accurate patient records, databases, and surgical schedules with strict confidentiality.
- Manage incoming telephone enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate consultants, nurses, or departments promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of medical documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the flow of information and resources within the theatre complex.
- Handle data entry tasks, filing systems, and general office duties to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, protocols, and infection control guidelines during daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or hospital management systems is an added advantage.
