Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute full-scope financial audits for diverse portfolio of clients
- Manage audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases to ensure compliance with SFRS/IFRS
- Supervise and mentor junior team members while maintaining quality control standards
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Identify financial risks and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Prepare complex financial statements and regulatory filings
- Conduct internal control assessments and process improvement analyses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA/CISA qualification
- Minimum 5 years of audit experience in public accounting practice
- Deep knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and auditing regulations
- Strong technical skills in audit methodologies and risk assessment
- Proven experience in supervising audit engagements and staff mentoring
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in audit software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
