Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive audit engagements by performing detailed testing procedures and preparing accurate working papers
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
- Conduct tax compliance reviews and assist in the preparation of tax returns for various clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of audit and tax assignments
- Identify and document potential risks and issues during audit procedures and propose appropriate solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior team members and clients
- Stay updated on the latest audit standards, tax regulations, and industry developments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit and/or tax services, preferably in a public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, tax regulations, and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
