- Lead emergency response activations during critical incidents, ensuring patient safety and service continuity

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crisis planning, operations management, or healthcare administration
- Professional certification in Emergency Management (e.g., CEM, CBCP) preferred
- Proven track record in developing and testing emergency response plans
