As a key member of our data team, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic business solutions, ensuring our logistics and finance operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for not only analyzing trends but also communicating these insights effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Consolidate and integrate data from disparate sources to create a single source of truth for financial and operational reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the transportation sector.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and product management, to define data requirements and deliver high-quality insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation of datasets and reporting models.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, along with strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and data integration concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
