Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient inquiries across the entire surgical journey (pre-operative, interventional, and post-operative phases)
- Provide detailed information on surgical procedures, preparation requirements, and recovery protocols
- Coordinate patient appointments and schedule interventional procedures efficiently
- Address patient concerns with empathy and resolve issues through collaborative problem-solving
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in call center systems
- Liaise with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Adhere to healthcare compliance standards and maintain strict patient confidentiality
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in healthcare terminology and patient care protocols
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in healthcare customer service or medical terminology (advantageous)
