Singapore Children's Society is seeking a dedicated Senior Associate/Executive, Finance to join our professional team in Bencoolen. In this role, you will be an integral part of our mission to bring relief and happiness to children in need by ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our financial operations.
As a key member of the finance department, you will manage vital Accounts Receivable (AR) functions and provide essential support to our administrative workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including invoicing and collections.
- Conduct daily collection and bank-in of cash and cheques received via mail or from various Centers.
- Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of daily financial transactions and bank statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory requirements.
- Support the finance team in month-end closing activities and audit preparation.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation and digital records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or Xero).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Passion for contributing to the social service sector is highly desirable.
