Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Paediatrics department.
- Coordinate clinic schedules, appointments, and patient workflow management to optimize department efficiency.
- Manage departmental documentation, medical records, and internal reporting with high accuracy.
- Liaise between clinical staff, patients, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth departmental operations.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, meeting minutes, and financial/budget tracking.
- Oversee office inventory and procurement processes for medical supplies and stationery.
- Support department-wide projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in office administration or healthcare operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive patient information.
- Experience with hospital information systems (e.g., EMR/HIS) is highly advantageous.
