As a Senior Associate, you will act as a bridge between operational finance and client engagement teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of engagements, managing billing cycles, and providing critical insights that drive our firm's success. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end financial lifecycle of client engagements, from setup to project closure.
  • Perform rigorous financial analysis, including revenue recognition, WIP management, and billing forecasting.
  • Collaborate with engagement partners and managers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve realization rates.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and statutory financial reporting standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance project profitability.
  • Prepare regular financial status reports and dashboards for senior leadership review.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, audit, or project accounting, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics consistent with PwC's values.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
