Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end financial lifecycle of client engagements, from setup to project closure.
- Perform rigorous financial analysis, including revenue recognition, WIP management, and billing forecasting.
- Collaborate with engagement partners and managers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve realization rates.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and statutory financial reporting standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance project profitability.
- Prepare regular financial status reports and dashboards for senior leadership review.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, audit, or project accounting, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics consistent with PwC's values.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
