Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and resolving discrepancies
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business initiatives
- Monitor financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of financial reporting experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and Singapore regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage month-end closing processes and financial audits
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders
