- Oversee end-to-end legal operations across Asia Pacific, optimizing workflows and resource allocation
- Drive strategic initiatives to align legal support with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and contract management for regional expansion projects
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks addressing multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements
- Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes across key Asian markets
- Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, M&A activities, and intellectual property protection
- Mentor and develop legal talent while fostering collaborative relationships with business stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Admitted to practice law with 8+ years of post-qualification experience, including 3+ years in senior legal leadership
- Proven track record managing legal operations across multiple Asian jurisdictions (Singapore, China, India, Japan preferred)
- Expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactional work
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate legal insights into business value
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and at least one Asian language
- Experience managing legal teams and implementing process optimization initiatives
- Deep understanding of technology sector legal frameworks and risk management
