Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end annual HR processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, and succession planning
- Coach and develop managers on effective people management practices and HR policies
- Design and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance talent acquisition and retention
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and organizational HR standards
- Support employee development programs and career path initiatives
- Facilitate training sessions on HR best practices and leadership skills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in talent management or compensation
- Strong coaching skills with experience advising managers on people development
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is highly desirable
