Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily e-commerce order processing to ensure high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, providing real-time solutions to minimize delivery delays.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize stock movement and fulfillment workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive operational logs and generate performance reports to identify areas for process improvement.
- Handle escalations regarding order discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the implementation of new supply chain technologies and process enhancements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational compliance protocols across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, retail operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to work shift hours as required to support e-commerce peak demand.
