Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to inbound calls and emails from healthcare providers regarding patient accounts, billing inquiries, and service requests.
- Verify and update provider information and credentials within the company database to ensure accuracy.
- Assist provider offices with scheduling, authorization requests, and referrals to ensure continuity of care.
- Resolve complex provider concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor or department promptly.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to address provider feedback and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and internal policies to provide compliant guidance to callers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or any related healthcare field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare processes, and insurance concepts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and telephone equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
