Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to inbound calls and emails from healthcare providers regarding patient accounts, billing inquiries, and service requests.
  • Verify and update provider information and credentials within the company database to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist provider offices with scheduling, authorization requests, and referrals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Resolve complex provider concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor or department promptly.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the care coordination team to address provider feedback and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and internal policies to provide compliant guidance to callers.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or any related healthcare field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare processes, and insurance concepts.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and telephone equipment.
