- Optimize HR processes and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR project management, organizational development, or operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in HRIS, project management software, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in the tech industry or a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
