Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand operational workforce requirements and provide consultative recruitment advice.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to boost NTUC Health's employer branding.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, university outreach programs, and industry events to grow our talent pool.
- Maintain high-quality data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate reporting and pipeline analysis.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving recruitment efficiency and diversity hiring initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or social service sectors.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment requirements with tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A mission-driven mindset with a genuine interest in the eldercare and healthcare industry.
