Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end audit engagements for multinational corporations and local enterprises
- Assess financial risks and internal controls, providing actionable improvement recommendations
- Supervise audit teams, ensuring compliance with ISA/PSAK standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and financial statements documentation
- Build client relationships through proactive communication and value-added advisory services
- Identify business improvement opportunities during audit engagements
- Train and mentor junior auditors on audit methodologies and professional standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit, preferably in Big4 or international firm
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and international standards (IFRS/ISA)
- Advanced proficiency in audit software and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage audit teams and resources
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to financial detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for client communications
