Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute end-to-end statutory audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Manage audit fieldwork, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and international auditing standards.
- Review financial statements and audit working papers prepared by junior associates, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the audit cycle.
- Coordinate with engagement managers to ensure audit timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Mentor junior team members, facilitating their growth and enhancing overall team efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Companies Act.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior management.
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., Caseware) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality and ethical standards.
