Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage audit engagements, including risk assessment, resource planning, and timeline management.
- Review financial statements, internal controls, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Identify audit findings, develop actionable recommendations, and present reports to clients and management.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing training and performance feedback.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their business and address audit issues.
- Stay current with IFRS, PSAK, and regulatory changes to ensure best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of audit methodologies and internal processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of external audit experience, including supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, PSAK, and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines.
