Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive financial and operational audits for a variety of clients.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex accounting and reporting issues.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of all audit procedures and findings.
- Mentor junior audit staff and perform quality reviews on their deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) or a related finance field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm or a corporate audit role.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
