Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual audit plans to assess internal controls and organizational compliance.
- Lead and mentor the Corporate Monitoring team in conducting field audits, financial reviews, and operational assessments.
- Analyze corporate workflows to identify risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.
- Prepare high-quality audit reports with clear, data-driven recommendations for the Board and Executive Management.
- Ensure all organizational policies and financial regulations align with international and local standards.
- Oversee special investigations and ad-hoc monitoring projects as directed by leadership.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure audit findings are addressed through proactive process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in internal or external auditing, preferably within a corporate or NGO environment.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team and coordinate complex audit assignments.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and internal auditing frameworks (IIA standards).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a high degree of professional ethics.
- Proficiency in auditing software, MS Office Suite, and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
