Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
- Analyze financial records and internal controls to identify risks and control weaknesses
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear recommendations for process improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and controls
- Stay updated on evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior auditors and guide audit methodologies and best practices
- Lead special audits and investigations as requested by senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of internal or external audit experience
- Proficiency in auditing software (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple audit projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
