Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive financial statement audits for international clients in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Lead audit engagements, providing guidance and supervision to junior team members to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Identify key risks and evaluate internal controls within client operations to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit working papers, reports, and memos for review by senior management and clients.
- Communicate complex audit findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders in both English and local languages.
- Stay abreast of evolving regulatory changes and accounting standards to ensure audit practices remain current.
- Build strong relationships with client personnel to facilitate a smooth and collaborative audit process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license or current CPA reviewer status is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in auditing, preferably with a professional services firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse client teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
