Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Lead audit teams and assign tasks based on team members' expertise
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans
- Identify financial risks and implement controls to mitigate them
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper financial controls and processes
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations
- Mentor junior auditors and provide guidance on complex auditing issues
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and suggest improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
