Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes for multiple Australian clients with high accuracy.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including aging report analysis.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures in compliance with Australian tax regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports to clients, including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.
- Ensure seamless communication with clients regarding financial queries and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in Australian bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Tax Law and GST requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field (CPA is a strong plus).
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and data integrity.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
