Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of Australian clients.
- Prepare and review complex tax returns, financial statements, and BAS/IAS filings.
- Provide proactive tax planning advice and identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
- Coordinate with Australian-based partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and review their output for accuracy and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving Australian Tax Office (ATO) regulations and legislation.
- Handle complex queries regarding CGT, FBT, and GST matters.
Kualifikasi
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm, specifically focused on Australian Tax.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Taxation Law and accounting standards (AASB).
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and BGL/Simple Fund 360.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A degree in Accountancy (CPA or CA qualification is highly preferred).
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting.
