Alto Network is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Associate to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the architecture, development, and optimization of our robust Content Management Systems (CMS). Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services for CMS-based platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers.
- Optimize database schemas and server-side logic for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement robust security protocols and data protection measures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing legacy backend systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Over 4 years of proven experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js, or Java).
- Extensive experience working with CMS architecture and integration.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with API development (RESTful, GraphQL) and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration like Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
