Established in 1966, ADB is owned by 68 members—49 from the region. We are now looking for a Senior Board Assistant to provide critical administrative support to our Board of Directors.
In this role, you will work closely with board members, senior management, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective governance and decision-making. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Board office.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to designated Board members, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Prepare, review, and format documents, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and organize board meetings, committee meetings, and special events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and facilitating communication effectively.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with ADB policies.
- Conduct research and compile information to brief board members on key issues and topics.
- Assist with onboarding of new board members and provide training on administrative processes.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless support across the Board office.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced certification in secretarial/administrative support is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive administrative experience, with at least 3 years supporting senior executives or board members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with document management systems.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in an international, multicultural organization is highly desirable.
