FINNS World's Best Beach Club is more than a beach club — it's a destination for vibrant energy and thrilling entertainment. We are looking for a strategic Senior Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between our dynamic operations and data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will serve as the analytical backbone of our organization, leveraging data to optimize revenue streams, enhance guest experiences, and streamline our entertainment and service operations. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify key business trends, propose process improvements, and ensure our high standards of service are supported by robust reporting and forecasting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
- Manage customer relationship data (CRM) to drive retention strategies and enhance the overall guest journey.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs within the resort environment.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budget reviews, and performance reports for executive leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in business analysis and hospitality technology.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume service industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, or Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to data accuracy.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
