- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Document business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Work with IT teams to implement data solutions and ensure data quality
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, actionable formats
- Monitor key performance indicators and track progress against business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools
- Knowledge of healthcare or dental industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
