Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify root causes of operational trends and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate business objectives into measurable data requirements.
- Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to enhance customer service excellence.
- Design, implement, and automate complex reporting processes to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Lead predictive modeling projects to forecast volume, workforce requirements, and service level trends.
- Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders through high-impact reports and presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics, preferably within a BPO or contact center environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and data modeling techniques.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale data projects from conception to implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and process improvement.
