- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Design and implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with clear governance frameworks
- Develop and deploy performance monitoring dashboards to track KPIs and process efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and align process improvements with strategic goals
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis or operational improvement
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi) and BPMN notation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Experience developing SOPs and workflow documentation for diverse teams
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement frameworks
