- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement optimized business processes aligned with Industry 4.0 principles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for digital transformation initiatives
- Develop process models, workflows, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and future state business processes
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive process improvements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make necessary adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
